In Srimad Bhagvat Puran, it is said:

कृते यत ध्यायतो विष्णुम
त्रेतायाम यजतो मखैः |
द्वापरे परिचर्या याम
कलौ तत हरि कीर्तनात ||krte yad dhyāyato vishnum
tretāyām yajato makhaih
dvāpare paricaryāyām
kalau tad dhari-kīrtanāt
Whatever result was obtained in Satya-yuga by meditating on Viṣṇu, in Tretā-yuga by performing sacrifices, and in Dvāpara-yuga by serving the Lord’s lotus feet can be obtained in Kali-yuga simply by chanting the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra.
Devotion is the highest form of worship. The more we chant the name of the Lord through devotion, the more is our heart cleansed ofraag and dveshs (likes/dislikes towards external agents), and we achieve a equilibrium state of the mind, which is conducive toMoksha or Nirvana.
So what should we do?
What better way to recite the names of the Lord through a combination of melody and devotion? Listen to || Bhajan-माला || at any time to attach your heart to the glories of the Lord and Param-atma.
